Day Two

Well I slept in today.

Day 2 Week 1

B: nothing
S: nothing
L: tuna sandwich, chips
S: 4 peanut butter crackers
D: 1 corndog
Water intake: 6 cups
Exercise: walked 1 mile

Sleeping in late and then going to work kinda threw my day off...it will be alright tho.
