Day Two

Well I slept in today.

Day 2 Week 1

B: nothing
S: nothing
L: tuna sandwich, chips
S: 4 peanut butter crackers
D: 1 corndog
Water intake: 6 cups
Exercise: walked 1 mile

Sleeping in late and then going to work kinda threw my day off...it will be alright tho.

Day One...Lets do this!!!

Hey yall its day one. It is never easy 'starting' over. But this is how my day one went...

Day 1 Week 1

B:  bowl of cereal
S: 4 peanut butter crackers
L: tuna sandwich, apple
S: popcorn, 2 reeses
D: 1 1/2 tacos, chips
Water Intake: 5 cups
Exercise: walked 1 mile

I stayed on plan pretty good and I'm proud of myself for that! It aint easy trying to get back on plan thats for sure!

Introduction

Hey yall...my name is Amanda...I have made up my mind to lose weight. I have had enough. I'm so sick of being over weight. I know I am not the only one out there and I know this aint gonna be a easy thing to do. But I know if you put your mind to it then you can do anyhing you wanna do. I'm so sick of trying to lose weight and failing at it. I'm not gonna fail this time. I'm giving myself a year and 3 months to lose 73.8 lbs. I used to weigh 210 lbs. I started a weigh loss journey back in Sept. 2009 and got down to 198.4 lbs. But then I let myself get up to 203.8 lbs. Anyways I wanted to let yall know a little about me. I hope to find support on here and well as give support. LETS DO THIS!!!
