Day One...Lets do this!!!

Hey yall its day one. It is never easy 'starting' over. But this is how my day one went...

Day 1 Week 1

B:  bowl of cereal
S: 4 peanut butter crackers
L: tuna sandwich, apple
S: popcorn, 2 reeses
D: 1 1/2 tacos, chips
Water Intake: 5 cups
Exercise: walked 1 mile

I stayed on plan pretty good and I'm proud of myself for that! It aint easy trying to get back on plan thats for sure!
